Return Policy will accept returns for items within ten (10) business days of receipt of shipment. All products must be returned unopened and with manufacturers’ seal completely unaltered.

We will not accept returns if the items have been exposed to extreme temperatures and/or moisture or if the product container is not suitable for resale. Our determination of product condition and qualification for credit will be made solely by our professional staff and those decisions are final.

Refund Policy

All refunds will be administered in accordance with our return policy.

All approved credits will be posted only to the credit card used for the original transaction.

Shipping and handling charges for the returned items will be borne in full by the buyer.

If the order is valued at $100 or more the customer is required to insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise.

The customer must ship the return with a signature shipping service. Items valued over $75 must be returned to the seller with a traceable shipping service. For items below $75, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. NOTE: If a package doesn’t arrive at the address listed above and a traceable method was not used to make the return, we will not provide a credit for the returned product(s).

A re-stocking fee equal to 10% of the original purchase price may be charged via a debit against the calculated credit.

Delivery Standards

We will deliver our products via the least cost shipper and at our discretion may use Federal Express, United Parcel Service or the US Postal Service.

All shipments will be made via FedEx 6-day Ground unless otherwise requested. The cost of all expedited shipping beyond 4-6 day Ground will be borne solely by the customer. The chosen shipper will be identified in the order acknowledgement sent to our customers. All in-stock orders will be shipped within three (3) business days of their being received in our system.

Restrictions on Product Delivery

The customer will be notified at order placement if we are unable to ship a specific item(s) to the address selected.

Please also check the product detail pages for any item-specific shipping restrictions. To the best of our knowledge we will not ship any product that is not designated for homeowner / residential use.
